With contineous effort in generating and engaging new artisans, upgrading production facilities, supplying updated tools and implements, the co-op has endeavoured to bring forth numerous activities for a more empowered forest and palm-based livelihood.
- 200 nos. of artisan families were provided with improved toolkits under promotional activities of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) in Gajapati Dist. & 100 nos of artisans families in Angul district followed by 5 days training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- 6 nos training programmes on Date-Palm Jaggery making in Gajapati district completed involving 270 tribal youths.
- Initiation of training on Date-palm Jaggery making in Malkangiri Dist.
- Initiation of training programme on Date-palm jaggery making in association with Saura Development Agency (SDA) involving 45 tribal youths.
- 2nos training programme on Palm leaf decorative handicraft items at Banamalipur in Cuttack Dist. started involving 30 women artisans under Craft Village Scheme of Directorate of Handicraft & Cottage Industries, Odisha.
- Training programme on Palm leaf decorative craft items , involving 30 women artisans at Banamalipur, Cuttuck dist & 60 women artisans in Khordha dist. under Craft Village Programme (CVP)
- New cluster under Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI) Scheme of Govt. of India sanctioned for Dhenkanal dist.(An aspirational dist) involving 300 Palm artisans.
